Each applicant must submit a SEPARATE application and pay the NON-REFUNDABLE background check fee of $45.00 APPLICANT IS RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT OFFICE TO ENSURE IF THE HOME IS STILL AVAILABLE BEFORE APPLYING. APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE IF ALL DOCUMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED AT THE TIME THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide the following: -- A copy of a valid form of identification (Drivers license, passport, etc). -- Proof of Income (IF APPLICABLE: two most recent pay stubs, appropriate tax forms if self-employed, Social Security, Disability assistance, child support court order, etc. ). -- 3 years' worth of residential history with contact information for rental references. Must include the current landlord contact and the next previous landlord contact information. BEFORE A LEASE IS SIGNED, THERE IS A MANDATORY SCHEDULED HOME VISIT BY A MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH THE APPLICANT AT HIS/HER CURRENT HOME. EVERYONE WHO WILL BE LIVING IN THE PROPERTY MUST BE PRESENT. REQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS Monthly income must be equal to 3X monthly rent Applicant must have good personal and landlord references (current and previous landlord) NO EVICTIONS Clean background check No Bankruptcy or judgements NO PETS NO SMOKING inside the property
