Again located in the highly desired North Beach location of Clearwater Beach. Just 1 block to the Intracoastal or a 3 block walk to one of the Nation's best beaches. Ride a bike, walk or take the Jolley Trolley to one of the many great restaurants or attractions in the area and beyond. While the cottage has kept a lot of it's historic charm it has a Key West Vibe. The kitchen and bath have been renovated and the fenced in backyard is great for socializing ,relaxing and barbecues. Bikes, beach wagon and beach chairs included for beach time too. Again Unwind. Relax and Recharge! Included in monthly rent are electricity, water, garbage disposal, cable and internet, weekly landscaping and off street parking for 2 car parking in driveway only. No boats or watercraft allowed on property Pets considered on a case by case basis
