For rent is a freshly renovated, 3 bedroom, 1 bath, single family home. The property is in it's final stages of renovation, and should be ready to rent within the next month. Major renovations and upgrades include: - Brand new AC system - All new kitchen appliances, including stove/range, fridge, microwave - New kitchen cabinets and countertops - Fully renovated bathroom - Brand new metal roof - Freshly painted interior and exterior - New washer and dryer - Fully upgraded electrical system - Spacious and fenced in back yard - Connected utility shed - Converted car port that can be used as a bedroom or office - Tenant is responsible for all utility expenses and will be required to set up the FPL/IRC Utility (or applicable) account in their name. - Tenant is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the yard and landscaping. - Minimum 1 year (12 mo.) lease. - 10% late fee accrued for rent turned in 3 days & 7 days after, respectively. - Appliance repairs after 90 days of signing are the responsibility of the tenant.
