This little house is located on a quiet lane with a private beach access just a short walk from the front door. Here you'll enjoy fishing, surfing, or relaxing with a good book and a nice cold drink. You'll also be just minutes away from quaint beach shops, grocery stores, restaurants, brew pubs and live music venues. The home is fully finished including linens and kitchen essentials. We have 3 comfortable bedrooms. 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. There is also a pack n play bassinet for baby. In the living room you'll find comfortable seating and a large smart tv that you can log into your own Netflix or other streaming services. We also have books and games available for use during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, and more small appliances. Other amenities include beach umbrellas, beach towels. Street owned beach chairs are kept at the tiki hut. The fenced back yard features lush greenery, string lighting, built in gas BBQ, putting green, dart board, tiki toss and fenced parking for your boat. 1 month minimum lease.
