High end furnishings and designer cottage. This is a monthly vacation rental and is on the most peaceful farm in the Santa Ynez Valley. The cottage is the original bunkhouse to the property and is surrounded by nature. The rolling hills and sounds of animals will make you feel miles away from it all. It is a 2 bedroom and one bathroom that is handicap accessible. The outdoor seating will put your mind at ease and transport you back to nature. The kitchen is a kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, Nespresso, refrigerator and bistro table. Outside is a bbq to cook on and a dining table. The rooms are cozy and the living space is charming. It would be perfect for a couple or small family looking to escape from the city and unplug. Also would be perfect for an artist, writer or nature enthusiast. This is a monthly vacation rental. It comes furnished and all utilities, water and internet are included in the price. The lease is on a monthly basis. We offer a one month lease and if you'd like longer we can discuss it. The rent is 3900, we require a deposit in the amount of 3900 or you could add us to your homeowners policy to have renters coverage. Cleaning is included every other week. If you would like it more often that can be arranged for a price of 100 per cleaning.
