No evictions/ filings in the past 3 years. 2.5 x rent amount in net income (take home) minimum of $2340 monthly. No landlord debt, if you owe another landlord money, your application will be denied. Recent rental history with a lease in your name. All applicants 18yrs+ required to apply. $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Once approved, must move in within 15 days. Tenant pays all utilities, no smoking inside home. $250.00 non refundable pet fee per pet. 2 pet limit and breed/weight restrictions apply.
