The house is in the Mission Oaks community of Camarillo, CA. The house is near very good schools; high school, middle school, and elementary school. There are little to no crime incidents in the Mission Oaks area. There is ample shopping in the area, with easy access to the freeway. The house is one-half hour from Los Angeles and forty-five minutes from Santa Barbara. The house is ten minutes from the beach. Mission Oaks has a large sports complex, with tennis courts, softball fields, and a dog park. Renter agrees to a one year lease, after the first year, the lease becomes a month to month renters agreement. The renter agrees to pay for water, trash, electricity, gas, and cable. Smoking is not allowed in the house. There are parking regulations in the community. Small pets are allowed with a pet deposit.
