Newly built 2019 home located in desirable San Roque between the SB Foothills and the Pacific Ocean, with no detail left undone. This beautifully furnished 4BR, 2.5 bathroom is located walking distance to the best hiking trails in the area, 3 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and 5 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in California! This retreat comes with all brand new appliances, custom made barn doors throughout, chargers built in to the kitchen island, fire pits in the front and back yards and sleeps 8 people comfortably in beds. Enjoy a book while relaxing on the comfortable window seat while looking out onto the beautiful mountains or the gorgeous sunset. Our oversized great room/kitchen was built with entertaining in mind. It never fails, guests gather in the kitchen while the host is preparing dinner and that is exactly what we had in mind when designing this kitchen, lots of room for people to gather around and socialize or take one step up to the large open entertainment room. 1BR - 2 queen sized bunk beds 2BR - Queen sized bed with connecting bathroom 3BR - Cal King bed with connecting bathroom with large glass shower, vanity area with separate magnified mirror. 4BR - New flooring, desk and double bed This room can be used as an office, workout room, craft room, or even an extra sleeping area. We have a large backyard with a lounge area and ping pong table along with gorgeous mountain views. We have Sonos speakers in the kitchen and living room area. Enjoy reading a book or relaxing in the living room on the bench seat looking out the large front window to the gorgeous mountains. Our home is centrally located between the mountains(hiking) and the ocean (surfing & sunsets), with museums, the mission, parks, recreation, shopping, wine tasting, Santa Ynez, Montecito (celeb sightings) and much more very close by. Bicycling is a very popular way to get downtown and to the beach, with bike paths located around town. We use Uber and Lyft for a night out downtown, as it is just a $7 ride with no parking fees and drop off right in front! if you do drive, there are several public parking spots which are usually 75 min free then $2.50 each hour after that. Month to month lease Available starting June 1, 2024. The time period must be at least 31 days. We have two strict policies, No smoking, and No pets! Depending on how long the rental term is, we can come up with a utility plan. We have plenty of street parking in front of the house and 2 spacious parking spots on the driveway. Garage space is not included. Available starting June 1, 2024, possibly sooner.
