This home is comfortable yet stylish & maximizes the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that is perfect for relaxing or entertaining in this vibrant city and sublime climate. Appointed to mirror all the comforts of home with just a little extra to ensure every day feels like a vacation. **30-day minimum** . All utilities (electric, gas, wifi, etc.) p to $300/month are included. Extra utility costs are paid by guest (e.g., EV charging may increase utility bill above the $300/month or consistent use of gas fireplace). Owner pays for utilities, pool, landscaping, and routine cleaning; requests for additional cleaning services are paid by guest. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit. Parking in driveway is sufficient for up to 3 mid-size vehicles and on-street parking is available as well. **30 day minimum** rental and a longer-term lease can be accommodated.
