San Jacinto in one direction and a huge porch facing the Yucca Valley pass. 15 min to Pioneertown, 30 min to Palm Springs, 20 mins to Joshua Tree. A large fenced yard provides ample space to enjoy the outdoors. Great fireplace for the winter. Brand new mini-splits provide heating and cooling year round. Offered furnished, but we can adjust the level of furnishing to your needs. My husband and I live in the smaller house on the property where we run our music studio. We have one large dog currently. 1 year lease with option to renew if both parties agree. Electric, water and internet are included in the monthly base rent. Laundry room is shared with us, we have a separate entrance and you can lock your entrance to it from inside. Up to two cats allowed, up to two dogs allowed (any size). (Dog friendly dogs a plus as our big dog will absolutely want to meet them as she's very friendly.) Additional $400 pet deposit, refundable after any additional cleaning costs at the end of the rental.
