Snowbirds, Welcome to Desert Palace! An oasis with water on 2.5 acres in North Joshua Tree. Massive pool, 8-seat hot tub under the stars (always hot), and an outdoor fire pit. SHORT TERM - available for 2 or 3 months. The minimum stay is 30 days. We'll need 2 weeks to prepare the space for you from the time we agree that you'll rent it. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 massive living room, 1 huge living room with double doors which can be used as a bedroom, sunroom, dining room, covered back porch., exceedingly well-equipped kitchen with reverse osmosis drinking water filter. Cats - there are two kitties here & they'll be in charge! No litter in the house thanks to the catio (cat garden) that they have 24/7 access to through the weatherproof cat door in the sunroom. The only care they require is refilling their automatic food dispenser and water fountain, and for stays longer than a month, cleaning the water fountain once a month -housekeeper can do this if you opt in for house cleanings. Our dear friend who lives in the guest house on property can be available if need be while we're out of town. (no other pets allowed on property) Discount - we are offering our home for less than we'd normally ask for due to sharing it with our 2 kitties. Rent may be negotiable for the right person(s). Plants - we have some living plants that can either be watered by you, our guests, or we can remove them during your stay if you'd rather not water them. Cleaning - you can have the house cleaned as often as you'd like for an extra fee ($175). Absolutely no - smoking anything inside the house. Vaping is ok. Events - you're welcome to use our sound system in the living room for dance parties. Neighbors can't hear anything since they're so far away!
