Only 15 mins from Joshua Tree National park. You will have full access to the property with optional weekly cleaning service available for a fee. While I don't live near the property I am just a phone call away should you have any issues. Owner pays for trash, internet, yard and pool service. First month, and Security deposit required to move in. No smoking inside the house. Renters pay for all other utilities Small dogs allowed up to 20lbs Renter has access to entire property No street parking. There is plenty of parking on the property. Small gatherings are fine, but no loud parties. Basically just don't upset the neighbors. Renter responsible for taking out the trash cans every Tuesday
