Plenty of parking for several vehicles in driveway or 2 car garage. 1st floor presents 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and laundry room. There's a small deck out the rear with an outdoor shower, table and chairs and a couple lounging chairs. Heading up to the 2nd floor you'll find a WELL equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Directly off the kitchen is a HUGE dining room with table that seats up to 8 guests. Through the sliding glass door is a spacious deck with wrap around couches. Perfect for that end of night drink and watching the sunset. Off the dining room is living room with TV and ceiling fans. And finally, this floor has a great game room that features a pool table, fosball and dart board. The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with on suite bathroom, another large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds. This house sleeps 18 guests which is perfect for a couple families looking to vacation together. This rental is dog friendly! Cape Shores community features a gorgeous swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fishing pier, and it's own private beach! Just right down the street is Cape Henlopen State Park - perfect for bike rides, nature walks, or exploring the old Army base/museum. Downtown Lewes is 8 minute bike ride away. SHORT TERM / WINTER RENTAL ONLY (January to March). Tenants pay all utilities including electric, gas, water, internet/ sewer. Utilities will remain in owners name and be direct pass through to tenant. Dog subject to manager & owner approval.
