This 3/2.5 home in the gated tennis community of Sterling Oaks sleeps 6 to 8 and has all new furniture and electronics. The HOA front entrance is staffed with security personnel. Our well landscaped home sits on a corner lot in a cul de sac with loads of privacy. The open floor plan greets you through the front door with views to the fenced in yard and caged pool , spa, and lanai. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, his and her closets, TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai and pool. A two shower head master shower awaits. The house has an eat in kitchen for eight as well as a dining room table that seats six. The TV room has a 65" screen with a soundbar and BluRay player. The living room has four swivel rockers which are ideal for relaxing and reading a book. The office has the WIFI and printer as well as a queen sleeper sofa. There is a second office desk in the adjacent room that has a full size Murphy bed and a seating area. The larger guest room has a queen size bed , TV, and is connected to a full bathroom. The two car attached garage also has a door which provides access to the house by the half bathroom and laundry room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a Jenn-air grill as well as a brand new refrigerator , dishwasher, and disposal , in addition to an electric range and microwave. The lanai and pool area has a patio table and six chairs, two chaise lounges and umbrella , and a smaller sitting area for two. Plus a Weber gas grill. A new AC and water heater were installed January 2022. New washer , dryer , and refrigerator installed June 2022. New toilets and fire detection system were installed early 2023. The house is 20 minutes from downtown Naples and the beaches, and just minutes to the Mercato shopping mall and its many restaurants. All linens and towels are provided. Only named tenants on lease may reside in the house during the minimum two month lease term. No pets are allowed on the property. No smoking is allowed on the property. The house is furnished with brand new furniture and most appliances are new , as well as a fully stocked kitchen. WIFI, cable, trash removal, and pool cleaning services are included in the monthly rent. Long term tenants are responsible for electric and water bills. Use of the clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball courts, and common area pool are included in the monthly rent. The HOA requires a tenant application and a one time tenant paid transfer fee of $500. Extra charges apply for the tennis courts. All five sliding doors to the lanai have an extra security lock which include a child lock feature. Towels and two sets of sheets for each of the four beds are provided. Beach towels, a cooler, and two beach chairs are provided for your beach visits. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged upon departure.
