This luxury home is located in SW Cape, the most exclusive area of Cape Coral. Sit in the front porch in the morning to admire the Royal palm trees, listen to the birds or head out to the back porch to enjoy the Mullet fish jumping on the water. It's so relaxing! The home has been decorated with pieces that come from furniture galleries from all over the country to give you and your family a wonderful memories. Located walking distance from CAPE HARBOR a Cape Coral must see. Enjoy the marina, restaurants on the water, shops, French bakery and Smoothies. There are activities and bands some nights of the week. Our home is located on the Diamond water canal. A 25 to 35 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. If you don't bring a boat no problem you can still enjoy the canals by kayak. We have a 3 person and 1 person Kayak available with life jackets for all ages. AMENITIES: Full equipped home Kitchen: It has everything you need to cook a meal for your family. We provide a dining table with water views for six. BBQ grill also provided. Bedrooms: Master bedroom with water views, features 1 king size bed, full open shower and large closet. A second bedroom offers 1 queen bed with lots of natural light and a third bedroom with full size beds, water views and access to back porch and soon poo. Living Room: open space with TV, with water views and lots of natural light. Wall to wall sliding doors allow to get fresh air. Fans: Modern and super quiet fans throughout the entire home. Bathrooms: modern colors and ambiance. Towels available for the whole family. Work Space: We offer a desk and monitors as well as High speed internet.
