The path will SAFELY and EASILY take you to delicious restaurants and gulf breezes. Other homes require you to walk/ride in the street. It can easily accommodate four humans and one pup (with a pet fee). *Primary Bedroom: King-size adjustable bed, sleeps firm, on-suite bath *Second Bedroom: Queen-size, sleeps medium to firm *Third Bedroom: Queen-size, sleeps soft, includes a "Starry Night Nightlight" and *Blackout Curtains in Closet *Pack N' Play: Located in the garage *Two Spa-Like, Remodeled Bathrooms *Fully Stocked Kitchen *A New 65" 4k Ultra HD TV in the Living Room and New TVs in all Bedrooms *Washer and Dryer *Work From Anywhere Desk, Office Chair, and Printer *Games for Kids and Adults *Large Welcome Basket with everything needed to get settled in! THE OUTSIDE SPACE: The outside of The Vandy is an experience. You can sit beneath the gorgeous, fruitful mango tree, enjoy grilling (using the brand new grill) on the back patio, let your pup explore the small, fenced-in section, or gather around the fire pit to cap off the evening under the stars. Another guest favorite is cozying up in a super comfy egg chair to relax and indulge in a good book or glass of wine. Also, you'll find three beach bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards, and sand toys for kiddos. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *One dog is welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. *A second pet requires pre-approval and an additional fee.
