OUTDOORS This property features a private pool and spa. The pool and spa are easily accessible from the living room, and the the bar is conveniently accessible from the pool area. The covered sitting area with ceiling fans help keep cool in the warm months. The outdoor dinning area is quiet and serene, seats 6 comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the pool area and cozy up at night with the outdoor firepit. INDOORS The living space features a large sectional sofa for 6-8 adults, 50in smart TV, stepdown bar and views of the pool, spa and the mountains. The living space opens up to the outdoor seating area. The kitchen features new KitchenAid appliances, beautiful countertops, new cabinets. The large pantry is ideal for groceries. The dining area features a round table for 6 adults, and opens to the outdoor breakfast table. The centrally located atrium provides plenty of sunlight, and space to relax and enjoy a book in peace. A small laptop ready workspace adjacent to the kitchen. SLEEPING QUARTERS The main bedroom features a king bed, with a 50in. smart TV, ceiling fan, and backyard views. The main bath features a walk-in closet, shower/tub combo, double vanity with plenty of counter space. The middle guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower and closet. Second guest bedroom also features a queen bed, a 40 inch smart TV, celling fan, and access to the jack-and-jill bathroom with a standard closet. All bedrooms include blackout curtains for those who like to sleep-in. POOL HEAT Pool heating is optional and not included in the rental rate. Rental rate includes utilities. No Smoking is allowed.
