Welcome! Our lovely beach bungalow, located just off A1A, is a short walk to the beach where it is never crowded. We just finished remodeling the bathroom and installed a new AC system. The interior has fresh paint and is cleaned and ready to enjoy. It has a washer and dryer in the utility room of the single car carport. The back yard has lots of space with nice grass and plants which also features a covered and open patio. Enjoy your morning coffee in a private and quiet space which is also great for cookouts and entertaining. This home is available for monthly seasonal rental October through April. We will cover the utilities and Internet service during your stay! Please note that small dogs are allowed but we do ask that you ensure that the house is kept clean and any damage that might occur be reported promptly. No smoking is allowed. The house does come furnished but we will try to accommodate if you have some personal furniture you wish to use. There is no dish washer or disposal as we have a small septic tank. The carport will fit a single small SUV or car and there is enough room for two more small vehicles in the driveway. No parking along the street of the house is permitted.
