Enjoy watching your favorite show or movie on the large, cozy couch with a pull out bed - designed to make your evening wind-down peaceful and calm. This is a true retreat. We've included Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Prime Video, and Youtube TV so you can stream your favorite channels. Kitchen Modern with white marble countertops, European wood cabinetry, and professional series kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee machine, Cuisinart toaster oven, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. You'll have everything you'd need away from home. Room The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two side tables, a large wooden dresser, mirrored closet, and an east-facing window so you'll have morning light to wake you gently. The second room has a king sized bed and the bathroom doubles as a guest batch as well. It has its own large screen TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Prime Video, and Youtube TV to browse through. Bathroom Clean and fully stocked with fluffy towels and everything you'd need. Washer/Dryer State of the art washer and dryer to come soon in a shared area. Parking One dedicated parking space in the driveway. Have more than one car? No problem. There is ample street parking, seriously. You'll always find a spot. Outdoor area Larger yard, lots of trees, plants, fire pit, artificial turn Check-in For check-in, we'll give you a code to access the iron rot gate in the back. You can arrive anytime after 4pm and check yourself in. You can always feel safe and secure with multiple security cameras and a secure iron rot fence as well as an additional fence that leads you into the property.
