Pets may be accommodated at an additional monthly costs and additional deposit. Tenant pays all utilities including water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for yard care and snow removal. Pets may be accommodated for an additional deposit and monthly cost. I realize for many people that pets are like family, so I try to be accommodating. For others, like myself, they are an allergic nightmare. I hope all applicants can see both sides.
