Seasonal rental. This is a furnished vacation rental in the warmer months, but we are looking to rent it out longer term for the winter months. Available through April 2024. Beautiful new 1 Bed 1 bath home, new heat pump, new appliances, including laundry center. Spacious open concept. Private yard with propane grill and picnic table. Off alley parking. Utilities included (even Wi-Fi!). Alley access to property. Great little rental includes utilities, including water, electric, gas, and internet. No smoking, no pets. Off-alley parking is included. The lease is through the end of April. Beginning May 1st, the rental rate changes to the vacation rental prices per night. Other than keeping the property clean and in good condition, we ask that the tenant keep snow off of the landings outside each door.
