Available November 1st. a 12-month lease is required. our home is very private and in a quiet neighborhood with awesome neighbors (between Old Pecos trail and E Zia Rd). Everything has been updated ranging from the new stucco to bedroom floors. There's a short trail behind the property perfect for an evening/morning stroll. we will be home a few months out of the year, on the times that we are a way, we might have someone in the main house, but this shouldn't have any impact on the guesthouse occupancy. An additional $200 pet deposit. Small dogs are okay, we don't have an enclosed yard for big dogs (we do have a big yard but not fenced in). Cats can be considered if the right person comes along. We have a brand new deck that provides an amazing New Mexico's sunset views. both the security & pet deposits are refundable upon inspection and determination that the house is in its original condition excluding normal wear & tear. we do require that you shovel the snow to get out during winter months.
