Renter pays all utilities and does the upkeep for the yard and around the house. Renters must also maintain the inside of the house and change the air filters once a month. The back garage is not included in the rent and is separate building. Also, renters cannot block the side access road on the property. No pets preferred but might be allowed with a pet deposit of $200 per pet and increase of rent $25 extra each month.
