Hello, Application process continues as follows prescreen questions and then application. Any adult living on the premises needs to undergo a background check. They cannot be co-signers and will need to be on the lease. The application is $45.00 dollars and includes a background check, previous evictions, employment history, and a credit check. After we determined you are a viable candidate we will show you the property. Let me know if you have any further questions. Owner pays for w/s and trash. The tenants pay the electric, and gas. No pets allowed on property. The tenants are not permitted in the basement of the property this is a non-negotiable. Smoking inside the property is not permitted. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and for reporting any issues or problems with the property to the property manager. There is a backyard with a shed available to the tenant for additional storage. Trash is to be taken out every Wednesday night to be collected Thursday morning. 12 month lease Lease can be paid by direct deposit and credit card (with a 3% fee). The lease will be emailed to tenant and landlord upon digital signing. The property is section 8 approved.
