32 Acre ELK SUMMIT! This is an Air BnB in the summer that is fully furnished including kitchen. In the off season we are hoping to rent this out as a month to month FURNISHED rental. This home is NOT in the town of Spring City, but is out in the country. Plenty of room to play with atvs, snowmobiles, archery, sledding... all on the property! Nearly daily turkey and deer can be seen from the kitchen windows! VERY VERY peaceful, and the neighbors are awesome! This is an older manufactured home that has been 50% recently renovated especially in the Master bathroom and the Kitchen. Utilities are NOT included in rental price: internet, electricity, water, garbage and gas. This really is super peaceful and quiet... we love it out there! search AirBnB for spring city and look for ELKSUMMIT, there are way better photos on that. tenant pays for water, gas, electric, garbage, internet. Tenant pays for shared snow removal with neighbors as needed. There is a cleaning fee at the end of the lease length dependent on how long you stay there and how dirty it is. Cleaning fee ranges from $80-$250. Prefer a full month to rent, but might be willing to rent for a shorter period if someone just needs a home 2-3 weeks between homes.
