If any smell is detected then the deposit is forfeited. All lawn maintenance is included, bug spraying, and all utilities are included. A background check is required on all parties that will occupy the property over age 18. An application fee of $50 will be required. A rental application will be signed for anything over 30 days. No pets allowed. There is no parking allowed on the street. There is plenty of parking in the garage and in the driveway for up to four cars max. At no time may anyone park on the road
