Background check is required and is paid for by the potential renter at the time of application. Unfurnished, unless there is something you see you'd like to keep in the house. Completely private parking area with car port, there's room to park up to 3 cars, although only two is recommended. A dog allowed with approval of the owner. Smoking is allowed outside only. I am looking for a long term renter - starting out with a year lease, but would love to see someone in this house for many years.
