We will be arranging winter snow plowing for the property unless you already have a means to plow and then we can certainly negotiate. A four car garage is on the property and we are offering to rent 2 spaces with the property. We are willing to negotiate the details of the lease with the right renter. We currently can not allow pets. We are open to rent-to-own scenarios and are currently offering a six month lease. We will be contracting for plowing the driveway this winter but other shoveling is up to you. We have some degree of furnishings available to use if that fits your situation.
