Fully Furnished Rental. We will be out of town Dec 28 thru mid-April and are looking for a responsible renter. This is our fully furnished home. 3 BRs plus 2 offices. First floor BR includes own living space (kitchenette and separate entrance). Easy access to downtown Nashville. Shelby Bottoms Park is 1 mile away and the frisbee golf course is across the street. Tons of green space. Walk to the bars and restaurants in East Nashville, bike to downtown. House is 4 years old and everything is pristine. No party groups, bachelor parties, etc. Owner covers all utilities, including cable, wi-fi. Could be a discount to the rent if you don't need the whole place. We have an Air BnB on the property (1BR/1BA) that we typically include in the rent, but if not needed, we could rent it out on the weekends and lower your rent. Let's discuss.
