The space Vaulted 12-14ft ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the Chapel give a sense of space and time, while the updated kitchen, wifi system and HD streaming TVs (Netflix included) provide all the modern amenities you expect. Guest access All paved roads lead to this home with single story living area that is on the same level as your free parking in the driveway, just a few steps from the door. Access to the home is very easy with just a single step up to enter. Seeking 3 month minimum lease term. Property is fully furnished and all utilities are included, even fiber optic high speed internet with secure wifi. There is no cable TV service, but Amazon Firesticks are provided with Netflix and you can log into your streaming services from our Firesticks. Small dogs are welcome with a $200 extra cleaning fee and $25/month pet rent. Property is non-smoking except for the back patio. Parking room for 2 cars in driveway is included. No garage parking is available.
