Rent due 1st day of every month. Security deposit of $1,30 and 1st month rent to move in ($2,600 total). Tenant pays electric and yard maintenance. House is all electric. Minimum income required $4,000 month ($48,000 year). Preference for higher income. Must have solid rental and work history. Will consider applicants with less than perfect credit for extra security/last months rent up front.
