Freshly painted and comes equipped with a stove and oven, a refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer hookups, central air conditioning, and gas heat. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, electric, gas). Renter is responsible to carry their own Rental Insurance. First month ($1,700) and Security deposit ($1,700) due at signing for a total of $3,400, due at signing. No pets, No Smoking. Lease duration will be one (1) year. After the year is complete, unless a new lease is agreed upon by both parties, lease will become month to month. Monthly Lease payments will be due on the 1st of each month.
