The Carriage house loft is a large fully furnished brand new guest house with designer flair. Extra large windows and quality finishes throughout. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other that is currently set up as an office with supplies and an all in one printer. It has a futon that can be used as a bed also. The shared space with the main house is the backyard and deck with a hot tub and bbq. The shop/garage below is not part of the rental. This micro farm offers fresh fruits and vegetables that are shared based on seasonal availability, and eggs from the hen house. This house is located at the end of a road a mile from 101 in a quiet forested area with valley and mountain views. Small dogs allowed on a case by case basis. Property is not fully fenced. Lease is month to month. Owner pays for all utilities including ultra high speed fiberoptic internet. No smoking on the property. Must be able to pass a rental screening compliant with Washington fair housing laws. This will be a month to month lease agreement, but tenancy is not limited to 30 days.
