Bedroom 3 (main floor) - queen bed, night stands, closet. Office - two desks, bookshelves and vintage snowboard decor. "Boy's" bedroom (up stairs) - bunk bed with full size beds, walk-in closet, desks and office chairs. Kid's sizes couch that folds out to small bed. Carolina room - overlooks the back patio and the fairway of the 12th hole of Pinehurst No. 5. Renter is responsible for all utilities (both Moore County and Duke Electric), plus internet, if desired. Absolutely no smoking, vaping in the house or Carolina room. Please note that if this is ignored, the lease will be considered void. Small dogs considered, no cats. Owner will pay for landscaping, including mowing, trimming of bushes, trees, etc.
