The yard is huge and the neighbors are great. A dog (possibly 2) is welcomed (depending on size and behavior). Sorry, no cats. It's a perfect little cottage for someone working at the lab or the hospital, possibly a small family (no more than 3 people), or someone who has recently separated and needs a place to call their own to feel comfortable and make a new start. I wished I had this place when I moved to Oak Ridge. My first tenants (who both work at the lab and became friends of ours) got married and bought their first home...we are so proud of them! Our third tenant was recruited to an internationally acclaimed lab in Europe, and our most recent tenants are off to start their rotations at a prestigious medical center in Texas.
