Land Harbor is a quaint, lake community just 30 minutes from Boone. Some of the amenities enjoyed by residents of Land Harbor include year-round road maintenance, a heated swimming pool during the summer, golf course, tennis courts, fishing, shuffleboard, hiking trails, and planned activities throughout the year by an onsite Activity Director. There is all a Four Seasons Club and planned activities for year round residents! Jointly leased and non-student, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. This property is rented unfurnished. Water, trash pickup, basic cable & internet are included but all other utilities are a tenant's responsibility. Pet friendly for small dogs under 30lbs. There is a non-refundable $250 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Heat source is electric baseboard and wall heaters, no AC.
