A tenant application includes credit history, background check, and proof of income (i.e. most recent W-2, 2022 tax return) is required. Please read the requirements in this listing below concerning the security deposits, pet deposits, pet policies, etc. If you have questions or would like to complete a rental application for consideration, please contact me by email at tim.massengill@gmail. Pet policy: Up to two small dogs allowed. (No cats or other animals allowed.) All pets must meet the community HOA and property owner's insurance requirements. Pet fees: *A non-refundable pet deposit of $400 (1) dog or $500 (2) dogs. *Additional $40 per month rent for (1) dog or $50 per month for (2) dogs. There is a $2500 security deposit in addition to the first months rent due prior to move-in. The tenant is responsible for the costs and fees for the following: *All required utilities including gas, water, electric, cable, internet, and trash pickup. *Yard maintenance to include mowing grass and weeding of flower beds.
