Your stay is made comfortable with three bedrooms, a washer dryer and a spacious porch where you can gather to relax or enjoy the company of your guests. Grace Cottage shares two acres of property with two other homes. No smoking allowed. Owner pays for water, electric, and trash pickup. Renter is responsible for cable, internet, and oil.
