You can see the salmon spawn, deer visit daily, bird watching, visit the Elk reserve right up the road and more! Amenities: Updated kitchen and bath, new appliances, washer/dryer, 2 queen beds (1 is a Murphy bed), 1.5 acres, covered garage space for 2 cars, fenced garden/yard area and year round creek with seasonal streams. Property backs to hundreds of acres of state forest with plenty of hiking and outdoor space to explore. Rent: $2,000/month. We cover all utilities for monthly. If interested in multiple months, renter covers electricity. Pet by approval with additional fee. No smoking/partying that would disrupt peaceful community. Terms: This is NOT a short-term vacation rental (no weekenders or multi-night stays) This is also not long-term (12 mo+). Month to month terms that allows you to create your own timeline. Rates may vary by month and all terms negotiable. Must have verifiable income and be willing to pass credit/background check if looking for multiple months. Location: Located in the Coastal Range situated 5 minutes off highway 26. This is a fabulous location next to the Clatsop Forest between Portland Metro and the beautiful Oregon coast. Adventure awaits - pop down to Cannon Beach, cruise the backroads to Astoria or head down to Willamette Valley Wineries. Don't want to to drive? We don't blame you! Our private and secluded street offers hiking, foraging, nature walks, salmon spawning or even better snuggle up next to the fire. We are in a rural setting so power will likely go out during winter storms but we have a generator with an electrical panel switch if power is out for 6+hours.
