In addition, the home boasts a large screened-in porch, firepit, & grill on a .5 acre lot. The White Oak Access public landing is only 1.3 miles down the road & will remain open during the current water level reduction which should end mid-spring. Home is currently occupied, but will be available by December 10th. To qualify for this rental you must be able to provide income equating to $4500/month, have a credit score of 650 or higher, & be willing to have your background & credit checked. Variable Length Lease Options: 3 months: $2000/month plus $600 security deposit. $2600 due with a signed lease 6 months: $1900/month plus $1200 security deposit. $3100 due with a signed lease A security deposit and the first month's rent are required with a signed lease. The security deposit is refundable if the property is left undamaged. A one-time nonrefundable pet deposit of $350 is required for ANY pets to be kept on the property for ANY period of time.
