Feel free to drive by the property first to make sure the location works for you, but please do not disturb the current tenants. Prefer 2 adults, NOT 3 unrelated adults. Utilities (water, gas and electric) paid by tenant(s). Mowing responsibility of tenant. No smoking. Cats considered by permission only with pet deposit of $200 per pet plus monthly pet fee per cat of $25. I will want to sign a 8.5 month lease so that the lease runs through July 31, 2024, NOT Nov 15, 2024, but then we can sign a year lease after that.
