Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath starter home (no garage, no basement). Bathroom is remodeled with a single Jacuzzi tub/shower. Kitchen is beautiful with black granite counter tops and LG appliances. New electric stackable washer and dryer! Large fenced backyard with a new multi use room/storage shed (12 X 16 with electricity) with cement patio. Lots of room to park an RV in the back (side) of the house. No aggressive dogs allowed (insurance). Pet fee is $300 per pet. Security deposit is $1,500.00. Credit check is $50.00 per adult. Your verifiable income needs to be at least 3 times the rent. We are looking for at least 2 years of good credit/rental history. All fees due upon securing the unit. 1 bedroom is medium, 1 is small.
