Due to scheduling, Cabin will not be available until December 1st. Viewings are by appointment only. DO NOT USE this site's application forms, I don't use them. I do reply to all messages. House is currently empty and I'm doing some general repairs and updating. Painting, Carpet/Flooring, lights, ceiling fans, new deck, and new appliances. It's Located between Sweetwater and Madisonville, close to the Lost Sea about a mile off highway 68. This is not your typical rental, it is not an apartment or in a subdivision. This cabin is located behind my home on my shared property. It is in a private and peaceful location. This cabin is unique with lots of charm and character, it will make someone a very nice home. It recently came available, and I'm doing a few things to make it nicer for the new tenants. I was hoping to be done by November, but it's not going to happen I will send out invitations and applications once the work is completed. I will require criminal and credit history. 1 year lease, Employment, Credit and criminal history. Viewings by appointments only.
