Yes, this is a private 2 bedroom 2 bath home on our beautiful 32 acre horse farm. But it's not for just anybody. We are looking for more than just a tenant to pay us to live in our second home on our property. We are looking for a smart, hard working, kind, child loving, down to earth person or couple who can help us when it gets too busy for the four of us to handle. From this property we run Carolina Horse and Carriage. On this property we run Clear Creek Adventures. The activities are usually active Fridays through Saturday evenings. We're looking for someone to jump in and help. With what you might ask? Maybe come with us to a near by town and help us load the carriages with Christmas riders. Help the kids put on their lifejackets for a ride down the creak. Or maybe handle the animal feedings for a few days while we take our homeschooled kids on an expedition to find knowledge somewhere. Now the stuff your accustomed to seeing... We present a 2 bedroom, two bath modular home in on a private 32 acre farm. We are located within minutes of Walmart, yet the only home you can see is ours. There's a bright and sunny kitchen - laundry - mud room, large master suite with wonderful big bathroom, a soaking tub and plenty of closet space. The large front deck overlooks the shaded front yard and our horse barn. Past the backyard is woods . The ideal candidates would be financially secure with time to spare. They would be a non smoking, quiet, hard working person or couple - horse people who like kids. People with a mechanical aptitude, a love for the outdoors, - gardeners, kind hearted construction workers, mechanics. Tenants are responsible for all utilities; electric, cable, trash, and yard maintenance. Dogs and cats considered but must be socialized; non aggressive, house broken, they must like other animals and love children. First and last months due at signing along with a security deposit and, if applicable, pet deposits. References will be checked. No smoking - The home is currently occupied, we can take a peak once you are prequalified.
