Located in a quiet neighborhood, dead-end street, bike path in front of the house and in between two parks. Very roomie, fully furnished house with two living areas and a full basement too and the whole house to yourself. We have two outdoor parking spots and two spots in the garage. Renter will be responsible for utilities, garbage, WIFI. No smoking house.
