Landlord will maintain the grass cutting. Landlord will need to come into rental to change HVAC filters regularly. No Smoking, No Pets Renter will maintain the cleanliness of the home, as it was before he/she moves in. Renter is required to inform landlord of anything not working properly or broken immediately.
