Newly renovated cottage on Wamplers Lake in Brooklyn, MI. This is 20 minutes from Adrian, MI and about 40 minutes from Ann Arbor, MI. We are walking distance from water front public access, 0.2 miles from Jerry's Pub restaurant, 5 minutes from the famous Hayes State Park (on Wamplers lake and is public boat access) and 10 minutes from Michigan International Speedway. Our cottage is fully furnished and equipped with wifi, smart tv, front and back patio, partially fenced in back yard, fire pit, parking up to 5 cars, washer/dryer and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Owners pays water. Renter is required to pay the electric and internet bill. All furnishings in the unit are the owners and may be used by the renter but the original condition is expected to be maintained during the duration of stay. Smoking is allowed outside only. Pet friendly for an additional $50 a month, no more then (2) dogs and each have to weigh less than 50lbs. Parking is free and there is room for 4-5 cars on the property. You are expected to do general maintenance such as snow removal, salt during the winter, and maintaining the small grass area in the back yard. Trash day is on Thursday. Last month's rent is due at signing for the deposit.
