This property has been recently painted and has new appliances and carpets. It's a short walk to public transportation. An elementary school is nearby, on the corner of St John Street. A washing mat, a Mexican restaurant, and an African-American business are all located across the street. A beauty salon and a barbershop are located farther down. The Allentown Art Museum, Allentown Rose Gardens, Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum, and Da Vinci Science Center are all within a 15-minute drive of this address. This home is a one-year lease in which the tenant is liable for utilities such as gas, electricity, and water. The security deposit is $2,000, and the first month's rent is due prior to the move-in date. After you move out, your security deposit will be reimbursed in 15 days or fewer. After the first of the month, the renter will be offered a 7-day grace period. If rent is outstanding within 7 days, a $150 late fee will be issued every 7 days after the grace period. Residents must maintain a clean environment and restore any damage caused by carelessness or misuse. Damages not caused by the tenant, such as leaks or heater repairs, will be covered by the landlord. The tenant may not sublet the property in any way. Without approval, subletting provides the landlord with grounds to cancel the contract before the lease expires and forfeit the initial security deposit. Disruptive and illegal activity is not permitted, including excessive noise, huge parties, drug selling, and underage drinking. These are reasons for eviction and lease termination. There is no smoking permitted. Cats and dogs are welcome as long as they weigh less than 20 pounds. Considering the property is carpeted, any significant damage to the carpeting will be charged to the tenant. Unless noted otherwise, a total of two pets are permitted on the grounds. Over two pets are subject to a pet monthly fee. The renter is responsible for keeping the property and its surroundings tidy.
