Spacious, bright 3 bed/2 bath house in Thurston/East Springfield is available for rent. The home has 3 roomy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, including an en suite bathroom connected to/accessible from the master bedroom. There's plenty of space to relax in the living room and adjacent dining area. Kitchen includes stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. Wall heat and central air conditioning keep the temperature comfortable all year long. There is also a fully enclosed back and side yard (pets allowed!) with storage shed. Oversized garage and workshop area are a welcome bonus with additional carport parking out front. Application Submission: We will begin accepting applications for this property at: 1/2/24 at 8am. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Please request our Rental Overview & Screening Info policy for more info about what is required to complete an application. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application. Pet Policy: Pets (cats and small dogs, up to 50 lbs) are allowed; other pets subject to owner approval and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Maximum of 2 pets in the home and there is an additional security deposit of $500 per pet and additional pet rent of $25/month. Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power, water/sewer, garbage and internet/cable if desired. Laundry: Home comes with washer and dryer hooks (tenants provide washer/dryer). Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping. We can provide a reasonable option for routine landscape maintenance if you don't wish to maintain the landscaping yourself. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. We accept Zillow background screenings if you've already completed one within the last 30 days, but we require you to also apply directly with us. If you've already paid for/completed a Zillow Screening, you will pay a reduced Zillow Screening Fee of $10 to complete your background screening. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
