Nicknamed "The Dollhouse", this cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bath, 1000 sq. ft home feels spacious with vaulted ceilings in the living room, and a bright, open kitchen. The living room features a gas fireplace, and the original wood floors are warmed with radiant heat in the winter. Enjoy a peaceful morning in the sunny dining nook, or put the well-equipped kitchen to use and make brunch to enjoy on the outdoor patio. The front bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of space in the closet for storing your belongings. The back bedroom also has a queen bed, and has a dedicated work space with a desk and chair. The TV room comes with a cozy sofa for curling up and watching movies on the 58-in TV (internet tv only, no cable). The sofa converts into a full-size bed. This room also houses the washer and dryer, and has a second entrance into the side-yard that makes storage of bikes and other gear easy. The home has a single bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub. AC (minisplit) helps keep the house cool in the summer, and there is also an air purifier in the living room powerful enough for the whole house. The house has a large, fully-fenced yard and off-street parking with plenty of space to park cars, vans, or trailers. Dogs are welcome, with pre-approval. No cats. There is access to storage in the dry (unfinished) basement. Note: The house is professionally cleaned before your stay to ensure the highest safety measures. Tenants will be required to sign a Oregon renters lease. Home is managed by homeowner. 30-night minimum lease. All utilities included in monthly rental price (gas, power, water, garbage, internet), as well as weekly yard maintenance (April-October). For stays of 6 months or longer: $2700 deposit required ($2400 refundable, may not be applied to last month's rent; $300 non-refundable cleaning fee); shorter-term lease deposits vary ($1000-$2700).
